Lucia is the first person to greet guests: with the warmth typical of Florentine homes, she makes everyone who enters feel part of a large family, transforming every lunch or dinner into a moment of authentic sharing.

In the kitchen, Chef Mario, with over forty years of experience, is the guardian of traditional Tuscan flavors. His cuisine is authentic, faithful to hand-me-down recipes and respectful of the raw ingredients, where each dish tells a story of local tradition, seasonality, and passion. Alongside him, Filippo curates the wine list, selecting Tuscan and Italian labels designed to complement each course with balance and harmony, enhancing the overall gastronomic experience.
